I have been a loyal customer of EDO for years. Excellent service, atmosphere, and cuisine! Sushi is among the freshest I've ever had. The Gob Dol is amazing. I would recommend EDO to any with a tongue for Asian cuisine! (Also the kimchi is to die for!)

This is my favorite restaurant. I love the food....it's always fresh and they give you generous servings of fish in the rolls. The grilled salmon is delicious. I feel comfortable dining alone and the servers are very nice. The owner Will treats me like family. I highly recommend this restaurant :)

William makes me the best seafood salad. All you need to do is just ask! Kinda like having a bad day at work and going home to see your kids. You always feel better. That is how we feel when we go to Edo. William, George and the entire staff treat us like family.

Thank goodness for Edo. Moved to Wilton 8 yrs ago and worried that we wouldn't be able to find top notch sushi or Korean food. We eat here at least three times a month and never anything less than a great meal. Great service as well and the chef/owner William is always there with great suggestions or specially made dishes. We lived in Manhattan for twenty-five years and don't miss our regular Japanese or Korean haunts.

The staff is always so friendly and attentive.

A place everyone should try.

We have been going to Edo regularly for about 8 years. We love this place. The service is always great, the quality and taste of the food is super. We are frequently delighted by the chef's offerings and sometimes will order by recommendation or sight versus the menu.

It' a great casual atmosphere which will accomodate a family with small children through a business dinner - all large or small groups.

Reasonably priced and consistent with staff that care and are courteous.
